Why have a coach?

It’s pretty simple, to get your life back. Many people with chronic health conditions are given a life sentence that they will never improve and they need to learn to deal with it. Sound familiar?

It’s simply not true that you can’t improve. I am living proof, alongside so many others, that you can improve and even be healthier than before!

Chronic health conditions are messy, there’s lots of things to tackle and the road is seldom smooth or straight. It’s also scary, lonely and requires a lot of dedication and determination. These can be in short supply when you’re having to cope with all of your symptoms, your relationships, work and financial worries.

Don’t know where to start? Don’t know what information to trust? Don’t know if you should keep going on a protocol or stop? Don’t know how to explain to people what you’re doing? Don’t know how you will cope? Don’t know if you will ever get better? Terrified you will get sick again? I know it’s exhausting because this is how I felt everyday.

Everyone needs support, especially when they’re facing their hardest challenge.

What is 1 to 1 coaching?

Having a health coach is like having the best co-driver imaginable, ready to help you get to where you need to go. You need help with the map, you need to know where to refuel, you need to know where to look for spare parts? I’m there with you every step of the way. I never run out of support, information backed by science, enthusiasm or the belief that you can do it. It’s tailored coaching, specific to your needs, and at the pace and intensity you set.

Together we can build a roadmap for your recovery and I am there to support you 100% of the way.

Will I work with you?

I work with all conditions but I specialise with chronic fatigue, burnout, post-viral fatigue and chronic pain clients. These clients often prefer to work with me because I have been through this journey too, and know just how difficult, scary and lonely it can be. I’ve also radically healed myself, so I know exactly how that journey feels.

What are you signing up for?

My program last for 8 weeks and it involves creating a 100% personalised plan for you. This isn’t a cookie-cutter, one size fits all program. I work with you to really understand what is going on with your life and how we can best implement the changes you want. We will meet weekly for a 60 minute video conference and you can always email me in-between. It doesn’t matter where you are now, all I ask of you is that you have a desire to get better. Don’t even worry about motivation - we can work on that together.
